
Endeavoring to establish the world-class museum the Russian Avantgarde Foundation is involving leading specialists and experts from all over the world in the work on the Melnikov House Museum. They have formed the International Committee of Trustees for Melnikov House Museum.
Their unsurpassed expertise and determination make it possible to attain the main objective – launching the unique museum of the architectural masterpiece and its creator.

Statute of International Committee of Trustees for Melnikov House Museum
Participation in the International Committee of Trustees for Melnikov House Museum is offered to members of the Russian and world cultural elite.
The Committee Members should satisfy the following requirements:
1. A Committee Member should desire to be included in the Committee.
2. A Committee Member should be thoroughly familiar with the Melnikov's work and love it.
3. A Committee Member should participate in its activities on the voluntary basis, without any remuneration (except for travel expenses paid by the Russian Avantgarde Foundation).
4. A Committee Member should have no property or financial interests in Melnikov House or any part of the architect's legacy.
Committee Functions
Expert assessment of the Museum concept, overseeing the project implementation, the project results acceptance.
Each Committee Member shall be entitled to obtain all the information about the project from the Project Manager and the project principal.
Each Committee Member shall be entitled to summon an extraordinary Committee meeting to discuss urgent project issues.
Committee Meetings
The first meeting of the International Committee of Trustees for Melnikov House Museum, the main project of the Russian Avantgarde Foundation, was held on October, 8, in the house and museum of Architect Sir John Soane, London.
